📋 Description

• Manage the assigned ICSR Management Unit effectively • Ensure adequate resources within ICSR project teams to maximize productivity and utilization • Set productivity targets for ongoing projects and review proposed target updates • Define appropriate resource reallocations based on reports and analyses • Manage ICSR Leads/Line Managers to ensure employees are utilized and productive • Notify the Resourcing department about additional resource needs and open approved requests • Propose changes to project team processes • Find solutions and introduce best practices to increase productivity and utilization • Train and mentor ICSR Line Managers and senior staff • Prepare analyses and reports • Review budgets and resource allocations for new projects and new scope of work • Support Business/Commercial, Operations, Project Analytics, HR, Quality, and RA & PV Network teams as applicable • Review and approve Critical CAPAs from the ICSR Management Unit • Review and update operating procedures and guidelines • Act as LCPPV for a specified country and PRLS for a designated language when agreed with the line manager

🎯 Requirements

• Life science graduate, pharmacy, nursing, other healthcare related qualification or experience in pharmacovigilance • 6-7 years of work experience in pharmacovigilance • 2-3 years of work experience in a line manager role • Excellent communication (written and verbal) skills • Excellent organization skills, including attention to details and multitasking • Excellent management skills, including delegation skills, time and issue management • Technical skills • Team working • Fluent English (spoken and written)
