📋 Description

• Ongoing management, tracking, and updating of internal revenue and invoicing trackers (PM Reports / CMTs) • Complete month-end responsibilities and other monthly reporting needs as required • Explore solutions and new techniques for business improvement • Develop process flows and design documentation and training materials • Gather cross-functional system requirements and data • Understand data design and structural integrity • Gather and prepare data for analytics from internal systems, databases, Excel spreadsheets, flat files, and external sources when necessary

🎯 Requirements

• Student position • Advanced English skills, both verbal and written, at least C1 • Strong MS Office skills, especially Excel • Some previous administrative experience • High degree of discretion when dealing with confidential documents • Ability to manage multiple and varied tasks and prioritize workload with attention to detail • Ability to work under pressure with accuracy and meet tight deadlines • Good interpersonal and communication skills
