📋 Description

• Manage and oversee Quality operations across the Ergomed Group • Lead and guide Commercial Quality activities, ensuring compliance with global GxP regulations and standards • Drive quality input into client proposals, Requests for Information, presentations, and bid defence activities • Interact with Business Development to identify new business opportunities and develop budgets and proposals • Develop commercial materials to support Quality as a Service activities • Oversee the preparation and analysis of Commercial Quality-related metrics • Lead, educate, mentor, and develop quality group employees • May manage project quality and compliance activities, including deviations and training coordination

🎯 Requirements

• Degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Nursing, or a related healthcare field. • Proven experience in client-facing and stakeholder management roles • Experience in preparing presentations, capability decks, and client-facing materials • Demonstrate a sound knowledge of pharmacovigilance and clinical knowledge • Experience in preparing and contributing to bids, proposals, and RFP/RFI responses within the Life Sciences and Healthcare domain. • Experience supporting quality management activities, including deviations, CAPAs, audits, inspections, or process improvement initiatives. • Experience coordinating cross-functional teams in a global or matrix environment. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word) and collaboration tools. • Fluent in English (spoken, written)
