📋 Description

• Lead and oversee Ergomed Group Quality operations • Manage and deliver Quality Cost Grids and Quality as a Service information • Support Request for Information (RFI) and Bid Defence activities • Ensure compliance with global GxP regulations and standards • Drive quality input into client proposals and presentations • Actively participate in Business Development process • Develop commercial materials for Quality as a Service activities • Oversee preparation and analysis of Commercial Quality-related metrics • Lead, educate, mentor, and develop quality group employees

🎯 Requirements

• Degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Nursing, or a related healthcare field • Proven experience in client-facing and stakeholder management roles • Ability to effectively engage, communicate, and collaborate with stakeholders • Experience in preparing presentations, capability decks, and client-facing materials • Sound knowledge of pharmacovigilance and clinical knowledge • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word) and collaboration tools • Fluent in English (spoken, written)
