📋 Description

• Support the Project Finance team in monitoring project profitability and financial performance • Work with Project Managers and operational project teams to understand project economics • Track forecasts and identify risks to margins and process improvements • Assist in monitoring project cash positions, including services, PTCs, grants, outstanding invoices, and advances • Track operational project progress and ensure accurate monthly unit tracking • Monitor actual performance against budgeted tasks and identify risks, inefficiencies, and scope deviations • Support revenue tracking and identify scope changes • Analyze cost-to-complete forecasts and their impact on project margins under guidance • Assist with budget and proposal preparation, costing outputs, proposal mapping, exchange-rate considerations, and unit-based bid structures • Support creation of payment schedules and volume-based discount schedules • Attend operational project team and monthly Project Management meetings and contribute financial observations • Assist with departmental budgets, quarterly revenue forecasting, backlog reconciliation, and financial audits

🎯 Requirements

• BA/BS degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or equivalent education and experience • Relevant finance or accounting experience • Project accounting/analysis experience is a plus • Pharmaceutical or CRO experience is preferable • Strong proficiency in English • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) • Proficiency with accounting software packages • Experience with Oracle Finance is preferred • Knowledge of financial modelling techniques • Excellent analytical skills
