📋 Description

• Support the Project Finance team in monitoring project profitability and financial performance • Work with Project Managers and operational project teams to understand project economics • Track forecasts, identify margin risks, and support process improvements • Assist in monitoring project cash positions, services, PTCs, grants, outstanding invoices, and advances • Track operational project progress and monthly units against budgeted tasks • Identify risks, inefficiencies, and scope deviations and escalate findings • Support revenue tracking and identify scope changes • Analyze cost-to-complete forecasts and their impact on project margins under guidance • Contribute to budget and proposal preparation, proposal mapping, exchange-rate considerations, and unit-based bid structures • Support payment schedule and volume-based discount schedule creation • Attend operational project team and monthly Project Management meetings and contribute financial observations • Assist with departmental budgets, quarterly revenue forecasting, backlog reconciliation, and internal and external financial audits

🎯 Requirements

• BA/BS degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or equivalent education and experience • Demonstrated relevant finance or accounting experience; project accounting/analysis a plus • Pharmaceutical or CRO experience is preferable • Strong proficiency in English • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is essential • Proficiency with accounting software packages • Experience with Oracle Finance is preferred • Knowledge of financial modelling techniques • Excellent analytical skills
