📋 Description

• Manage the assigned ICSR Management Unit • Ensure adequate resources within ICSR project teams to maximize productivity and utilization • Set productivity targets and review target updates • Analyze workload, productivity, and resource utilization • Define and implement resource reallocations within and across units and departments • Manage Associate Directors and oversee employee utilization and productivity • Notify Resourcing about additional resource needs and open approved requests • Propose process changes within project teams to ICSR leadership • Introduce best practices to improve productivity and utilization • Train and mentor ICSR Line Managers and senior staff • Prepare analyses and reports • Review budgets and resource allocations for new projects and existing scope of work • Support Business/Commercial teams with contracts and proposals • Support Operations and Project Analytics teams • Assist HR with recruitment, performance evaluation, promotion, retention, and termination activities • Review and approve Critical CAPAs • Address Quality department requests • Review and update operating procedures and guidelines • Participate in business development activities

🎯 Requirements

• Life science graduate, pharmacy, nursing, other healthcare-related qualification, or experience in pharmacovigilance • Extensive experience in pharmacovigilance case processing, including post-marketing and clinical processing; ideally medical devices • Demonstrated senior-level leadership experience • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Excellent organization skills, attention to detail, and multitasking • Excellent management, delegation, time-management, and issue-management skills • Technical skills • Team-working skills • Advanced MS Office literacy
