📋 Description

• Manage the assigned ICSR Management Unit • Ensure adequate resources within ICSR project teams for maximum productivity and utilization • Set productivity targets and review proposed updates • Analyze workload, productivity, utilization, and resource allocation • Reallocate resources within the ICSR Management Unit and coordinate reallocations with other units and departments • Manage Associate Directors and oversee employees to ensure effective utilization and productivity • Notify the Resourcing department and open requests for additional resources when needed • Propose process changes within project teams to ICSR leadership • Identify solutions and introduce best practices to increase productivity and utilization • Train and mentor ICSR Line Managers and senior staff • Prepare analyses and reports • Review budgets and resource allocations for new projects and new scope of work • Support Directors of Projects, Business/Commercial, Operations, and Project Analytics teams as applicable • Assist HR with recruitment, performance evaluation, promotion, retention, and termination activities • Review and approve Critical CAPAs from the ICSR Management Unit • Review and address Quality department requests • Review and update PrimeVigilance operating procedures and guidelines • Participate in business development activities

🎯 Requirements

• Life science graduate, pharmacy, nursing, other healthcare related qualification or experience in pharmacovigilance • Extensive experience in pharmacovigilance case processing, including post marketing and clinical processing; ideally medical devices • Demonstrated leadership experience at a senior level • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Excellent organization skills, attention to detail, and multitasking • Excellent management and delegation skills • Time and issue management skills • Technical skills • Team working skills • Advanced literacy in MS Office
