📋 Description

• Coordinate and develop competitive and flexible strategies for potential oncology and oncology-related awards • Leverage operational expertise, capabilities, and technologies to address client needs during pre-award activities • Serve as lead oncology strategist for assigned potential awards • Support other oncology-focused operational strategists • Co-lead bid defense preparations with Business Development • Participate in client meetings with Business Development, the SVP, SSPC, and senior operational staff • Develop relationships with clients’ key decision makers to drive repeat oncology business • Collaborate with Project Management, Clinical Operations, Data Management, Statistics, Regulatory, and Safety teams • Support functional teams in enhancing client relations and customer satisfaction • Participate in conferences and meetings • Generate marketing content such as webinars and white papers

🎯 Requirements

• Degree in a life science or another related field, or equivalent education and experience • Advanced degree preferred • Extensive experience in clinical research within a CRO • Strong oncology experience • Demonstrated experience at a senior level contributing to project oversight and delivery • Proven track record in maintaining, developing, and strengthening customer relations • Previous experience in an oncology strategy position preferred
