📋 Description

• Provide strategic and operational legal support across the organization • Ensure compliance with laws and regulations • Proactively manage legal risk and safeguard the organization’s reputation • Partner with senior leadership and provide legal guidance • Develop governance frameworks and business strategy • Oversee internal governance frameworks and compliance • Draft, review, and negotiate complex agreements • Manage disputes and litigation matters • Act as liaison with external stakeholders • Guide and mentor junior legal team members • Monitor legislative and regulatory developments

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) or Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree • Admission to practice law in at least one jurisdiction • 8+ years of experience in a senior legal role • Strong experience in commercial matters, M&A, employment, corporate compliance, corporate governance • Extensive experience in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating complex commercial agreements • Strong knowledge of corporate law and regulatory frameworks • Proven track record of managing complex legal matters
