• Ergonia is a crypto-native market-making firm with deep experience in trading and building on Solana. • We are leveraging our understanding of Solana microstructure and trading technology to build the next generation of on-chain derivatives exchanges. • Solana Contract Development: Design, develop, and deploy production-grade Solana smart contracts. • Exchange Architecture: Drive the design of our exchange architecture end-to-end, ensuring every component creates a unified product experience. • Performance Optimization: Optimize the exchange both on-chain and off, ensuring a snappy UX.
🎯 Requirements
• Minimum of 5 years in software development, with at least 2 years of experience in Rust. • Proven experience in building production Solana contracts. • Strong understanding of DeFi, trading systems, and margin trading. • Highly motivated, self-driven, and passionate about building cutting-edge blockchain protocols. • English language proficiency. • Experience with low-level Solana runtime optimizations. • Previous experience in building or contributing to derivatives exchanges
