📋 Description

• Support ERM’s global consulting delivery • Work within different teams/service lines, including Site Investigation and Remediation, partnering with SEBU project managers to support project delivery • Analyze field data with junior colleagues, Project Managers, and Task Managers • Support data reporting and preparation of technical annexes, including groundwater maps, stratigraphic logs, and lithological sections • Support ERM modellers in developing and calibrating numerical groundwater flow and contaminant transport models • Support preparation of technical reports • Support site characterization and remediation projects • Liaise with other project team members

🎯 Requirements

• Strong knowledge of the latest versions of MODFLOW (MODFLOW-USG / MODFLOW 6) • Proven experience using PEST for model calibration • Excellent hydrogeological expertise • Knowledge of hydrochemistry, including the main contaminant degradation mechanisms in the aqueous phase • Competence in geo statistics • Experience with GIS software (QGIS or ArcGIS) • Excellent written and spoken English communication skills • Experience with Python programming, particularly using FloPy (preferred) • Knowledge of FEFLOW (preferred) • Basic and multivariate statistics skills • Proactive, curious, and problem-solving mindset • Ability to work effectively in international and multidisciplinary teams
