📋 Description
• Assist project managers in planning, scheduling, and documentation • Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and record minutes • Track project deliverables and timelines • Liaise with internal teams and external vendors • Maintain project documentation • Support issues and risk management processes • Participate in the exchange of ideas and information within the PMO
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business Administration, or related field • 1+ years’ experience in IT project coordination or administration • Communicate clearly and professionally with diverse audiences • Collaborate across functions and locations • Customer service mindset • Problem-solving skills • Proficient in MS Office and project management software (MS Project, Jira, etc.) • Understand project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.)
