📋 Description

• Own the complete project lifecycle, including discovery, scoping, proposal support, planning, execution, monitoring, delivery, and project closeout. • Partner with leadership and consulting teams to define project scope, timelines, resource requirements, budgets, and delivery plans. • Ensure all project deliverables meet agreed-upon scope, quality standards, and client expectations. • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular project updates, managing expectations, and maintaining strong relationships. • Coordinate internal consultants, technical resources, client stakeholders, and third-party vendors to ensure projects remain on track. • Monitor project schedules, budgets, milestones, risks, dependencies, and overall project health. • Identify potential issues early, proactively develop mitigation plans, and escalate risks when appropriate. • Manage scope changes, prioritize competing demands, and maintain alignment between business objectives and project execution. • Facilitate project meetings, status reviews, and executive communications. • Drive continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to enhance project delivery processes, tools, and methodologies.

🎯 Requirements

• Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple concurrent projects. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact confidently with clients and internal teams. • Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities. • Ability to identify project risks, prioritize effectively, and drive issues to resolution. • Comfortable balancing strategic planning with attention to detail. • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and project management tools. • Experience managing ERP or enterprise software implementation projects, including migrations, integrations, upgrades, or digital transformation initiatives. • Experience with JD Edwards, Oracle ERP Cloud, NetSuite, Infor, Acumatica, Microsoft Dynamics, SAP, or similar ERP platforms. • Background in consulting or professional services. • Familiarity with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid project management methodologies. • PMP certification is preferred but not required.
