📋 Description

• You are responsible for the system architecture and the continuous development of our Charging Operations systems — with a focus on CPMS and the Charging Backend • You ensure the stable operation of our systems: you monitor and analyze anomalies, perform troubleshooting, develop sustainable solutions and maintain clear documentation • You design the interfaces and data flows between CPMS, OCPP/OCPI, roaming, EMP and CPO partners, payment and billing systems, and internal systems such as our ERP • You identify optimization opportunities and increase the quality and performance of our operations by implementing efficient processes and automations • You establish and maintain operations standards, document operational processes and drive the development of sustainable knowledge management.

🎯 Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Energy Engineering or a comparable qualification • Several years of professional experience and strong knowledge in platform operations and system architecture, ideally in charging infrastructure, IoT or the energy sector • Confident experience with Charging Backends (CPMS) and standards such as OCPP/OCPI • Additional knowledge of roaming, payment or billing complements your profile • Strong ability to capture, structure and implement requirements in collaboration with internal and external partners • You work in a structured, independent manner and communicate clearly • Very good German and good English skills.
