• Provide Snap One products and services to Smart Home, Audio Visual and CI Integrators across the region • Manage Integration Partners across the region, driving awareness of Snap One’s portfolio and overseeing key accounts • Identify and develop new prospects, generate product interest and expand category penetration of existing customer base • Communicate and collaborate with both technical and business leaders • Use qualifying skills, overcome objections, and close sales • Sell an evolving and expanding portfolio of products • Train distributors, partners and staff on Snap One products • Communicate internally regarding customers, products and services to maximize sales growth opportunity • Ensure continued customer satisfaction and follow up to ensure after sales support is received • Resolve conflicts professionally and remain focused during conflict resolution • Manage day-to-day scheduling and multitask effectively • Understand the technical functionality of the Snap One equipment
• Sales experience within the Smart Home, Audio Visual or Custom Integration sector • Strong verbal and written communications skills • Demonstrated track record of proven business results • Problem-solver with strong client/executive relationship management abilities • Ability to think strategically and make decisions based on thorough research and analysis • Fluent speaking, reading and writing English • Willing to travel 50% of the time • Full UK driving license • Experience with Salesforce (valued) • Previous knowledge of control systems (valued) • Bachelor's degree (preferably Technical, Economics or Business) (valued)
