📋 Description
• Support the configuration of Oracle HCM modules based on defined specifications and guidance. • Perform routine maintenance of core system tables and HR data to ensure accuracy and integrity. • Assist in the troubleshooting of basic system errors and escalate more complex issues to senior team members for resolution. • Gather and document initial user requirements for minor system enhancements or modifications. • Participate in testing activities for system upgrades and new functionalities, following established test plans. • Provide basic support and guidance to end-users on HRIS functionalities. • Contribute to the documentation efforts for HRIS processes and system configurations.
🎯 Requirements
• 1+ years of professional experience in an HRIS or related technical support capacity. • Foundational understanding of HRIS concepts and basic database structures. • Experience with data entry, maintenance, and generating basic reporting from HR systems. • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables and lookups.
