📋 Description

• Strong communication, active listening, and clarity to conduct sales conversations with clients across Brazil. • Strategic, adaptable argumentation: ability to guide the client to the best solution. • Comfortable working in fast-paced environments with challenging targets. • Interest in learning (or already proficient in) outreach, qualification, negotiation, and closing techniques. • Previous experience with financial products is a plus, but not required. • Ability to think quickly and adapt solutions to the client's real context. • Good typing skills and proficiency with CRM systems and sales registration processes. • Organized in routines and in managing your own client portfolio. • Availability and commitment to training — here, you learn through data, feedback, and supportive colleagues. • Genuine desire to grow in sales and build a solid career path.

• High school diploma (completed); • Ability to work well under pressure; • Strong communication and persuasive skills; • Intermediate Excel; • Good typing skills; • Problem-solving skills; • Experience with financial products or consórcio (group financing) is a plus.
