📋 Description

• Contact English & Spanish-speaking consumers all over the United States • Gather the opinions of respondents who have experience with our clients' products and services by closely following a provided script • Collect detailed opinions and deliver valuable, quality data to our clients

🎯 Requirements

• Excellent reading, writing and communication skills (English & Spanish fluency/literacy required) • Strong typing skills with the ability to quickly transcribe verbal responses (English & Spanish fluency/literacy required) • Polite and friendly, punctual and reliable • Ability to persuade others and give verbal direction • Proficient with using computers, email, and Google Chrome/Apps • Able to handle technical issues and troubleshooting quickly and independently • Adapt quickly to new policies and procedures • Enjoy working independently, are self-motivated and excel at repetitive tasks
