• Own the AI/ML product roadmap, ensuring initiatives align with business strategy, technical feasibility, and customer value. • Partner with data science and engineering teams to define, refine, and validate machine learning models, pipelines, and APIs powering our SaaS platforms. • Translate technical AI/ML concepts (e.g., training data, model accuracy, inference latency) into business value and customer-facing outcomes. • Drive use case discovery for AI features by working with internal stakeholders, clients, and end-users to identify high-impact applications. • Define and track AI performance metrics (precision, recall, fairness, latency, adoption) to evaluate and improve model effectiveness in production. • Ensure proper data governance, bias mitigation, and ethical AI practices are applied to features throughout the product lifecycle. • Collaborate with UX/UI teams to design user experiences that clearly communicate AI outputs, confidence levels, and recommendations. • Work with engineering to scale and operationalize AI features, ensuring maintainability, monitoring, and feedback loops. • Partner with marketing, client services, and sales teams to communicate AI value propositions and support client adoption.
• 4+ years of product management experience in SaaS or digital platforms, with at least 2+ years working on AI/ML-powered products. • Strong understanding of machine learning fundamentals, such as supervised vs. unsupervised learning, NLP, model training, validation, and deployment. • Proven ability to collaborate with data scientists, ML engineers, and cloud engineering teams to deliver production-ready AI solutions. • Familiarity with ML tools and frameworks (e.g., Open AI, Perplexity, ChatGPT) and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure). • Experience defining and monitoring AI success metrics, including accuracy, bias/fairness, interpretability, and user adoption. • Strong knowledge of UX for AI products, particularly around explainability and trust-building. • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to bridge technical complexity and business strategy for diverse stakeholders. • Bonus: experience in market research, insights platforms, or data-heavy SaaS products.
