📋 Description

• Define requirements for new (sub-)projects • Conduct feasibility analyses in consultation with development and design teams • Prepare proposals and cost estimates • Consolidate requirements for handover to technical planning • Coordinate between development, design, clients and external service providers • Conduct reviews and testing • Monitor budgets • Provide client support through regular status meetings (jour fixes), training and support

🎯 Requirements

• Several years of professional experience in IT project management and coordination • Proven experience managing larger projects • Strong technical affinity and understanding • Structured, analytical and well-organized • Strong communicator, able to provide structure and make decisions • Proficient with project management tools • Agile project management (SCRUM) • Very good German language skills • Good to very good English skills • Experience with various CMS, CRM, e-commerce platforms, marketing and business process tools • Management of e-commerce and ERP projects • Confident use of Jira and Confluence (Atlassian) • Successful management of international projects
