📋 Description

• Lead the effort to execute technical projects and consultation • Make onsite visits to customer sites • Gather critical information and resolve project issues • Estimate and bid new projects and perform direct sales activities for smaller accounts • Conduct short-circuit, protective device coordination, and arc-flash studies • Ensure electrical analysis and studies are conducted according to IEEE and NFPA standards • Serve as Subject Matter Expert (SME) • Deliver the highest level of technical expertise in the bid process • Provide quality assessments of work performed by the team • Mentor and develop team members while ensuring alignment with divisional priorities • Maintain professional client relationships • Follow safety, conduct, and policy requirements established by ESCO and clients

🎯 Requirements

• Completion of a Bachelor’s degree program in electrical engineering from an accredited college, technical school, or university and ten years or more of related work or industry experience • A combination of equivalent education and/or experience will be considered with solid evidence of success • PE license required or willingness to obtain • Demonstrates ability to lead and mentor team members while ensuring alignment with divisional goals • Advanced experience in electric power systems • Advanced experience and knowledge with short-circuit, protective device coordination, arc-flash, and power quality studies • Advanced experience with power system modeling software tools such as SKM, ETAP, ASPEN, EasyPower • Demonstrates high proficiency with computer technology including but not limited to Windows operating systems and Microsoft 365 applications
