• Assist in the proper application of standards and guidelines from regulatory bodies and indexers for scientific publications; • Assist with layout and publication of scientific works submitted to the institution’s journals portal and other scientific publications under supervision; • Support the production of graphic materials and communication strategies for the department under supervision; • Support in assisting members of the unit and other clients/suppliers; • Assist in the review/checking process of normalization and layout stages under supervision; • Issue certificates (publication, evaluation, etc.).
• Enrolled in Graphic Design or related fields, from the 2nd semester onwards; • Preferred knowledge of Adobe graphic software (Adobe Acrobat, InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator) and Microsoft Office; • Preferred knowledge of Google Workspace tools, network file sharing, and online meetings; • Preferred knowledge of English and/or Spanish; • Must have access to a computer/laptop with internet access.
