📋 Description

• You test new features and bug fixes against clearly defined acceptance criteria and ensure everything is ready for release • You test systematically, reproducibly, and with documentation — and identify when a feature isn’t yet where it should be • You think like our users (Shopify merchants) and evaluate every implementation from their perspective • Proactively find bugs, edge cases, and improvement opportunities • Test our apps exploratively, with curiosity and thoroughness • Identify bugs, anomalies, or optimization opportunities before our users encounter them • Document test procedures and results clearly and traceably • Report directly to the product team and work closely with our developers • Help us live a clear QA structure — reliable, reproducible, and transparent

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a QA tester in a SaaS company • Solid experience in the Shopify ecosystem — since we build Shopify apps, your Shopify expertise is required • Confident use of tools like Asana, Jira, Monday, or comparable tools • Familiar with agile software development • Very good German, spoken and written (at least B2 level) • Structured, clean working style and a strong quality mindset • Experience with financial or accounting apps (banking, budgeting, accounting, etc.) is a plus • A good sense for edge cases and critical user flows is welcome
