📋 Description

• Gain hands-on experience with digital advertising campaigns across Eskimi DSP, Google, Facebook, and other platforms • Help set up, launch, and monitor campaigns • Learn to identify optimization opportunities and troubleshoot issues • Understand collaboration between Sales, Operations, and Technology teams • Help create campaign performance reports for clients • Learn campaign success metrics and how data insights support campaign decisions

🎯 Requirements

• Interest in digital marketing or advertising • Basic knowledge of digital marketing terms (CPM, CTR, impressions, conversions, etc.) • Attention to detail and genuine curiosity about how ads work • Good communication skills and a proactive attitude • Fluent in English, spoken and written • Comfort working in a fast-paced, international team environment • General experience with Google Ads, Meta, or any DSP is helpful • Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT or Claude is helpful
