📋 Description

• Part of the D2C team and taking a key role in Creator Marketing, which accounts for almost 50% of D2C revenue. • Analyze what works and what doesn’t: identify markets, categories and risks. • Translate D2C growth targets into concrete plans that are clear enough for operational teams. • Work at the intersection of Creator Marketing and the D2C team: briefing, challenging, and delivering data. • Establish rhythms, frameworks and reporting that currently do not exist. Build rather than just maintain. • Report to the VP D2C and collaborate closely with the General Manager ESN and other C-level stakeholders.

🎯 Requirements

• 4–6 years of professional experience in consulting, strategic marketing, corporate strategy or a similarly analytical-strategic role. Experience in consumer goods or D2C is a must. • Structured, analytical and commercially minded. Excel and Tableau are your tools. Analyses must be robust and reliable. • Ability to reduce complexity without oversimplifying. From 50 data points, produce three clear recommendations. • Strong stakeholder skills: senior leadership, operational teams and external partners. Able to align all parties. • Interest in a fast-growing brand with ambitious goals. • Curiosity about the intersection of sport, consumer goods, community and social media. • Fluent in German and English.
