📋 Description

• Support the evaluation of new applications and software solutions • Maintain and update the application landscape and related documentation • Document processes and help build a structured knowledge base • Analyze software licenses and identify optimization opportunities • Provide 1st-level support for selected business applications • Contribute to smaller Application Management and IT Service Management projects • Assist in preparing analyses, reports, and decision-making materials related to the application landscape • Support the team in day-to-day operations and contribute to digitalization and IT projects

🎯 Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a degree program in Business Administration, E-Commerce, Business Informatics, Computer Science, or a comparable field • Interest in enterprise software and digital business processes • Initial practical experience in an IT environment is a plus • Structured and independent working style • Strong analytical thinking skills • Good written and spoken German and English skills • Comfortable using modern digital tools and AI-powered applications • Student-level role with part-time availability of 20 hours per week
