📋 Description

• Design, develop and maintain scalable backend services using C# and .NET/.NET Core. • Develop and enhance microservices powering high-traffic gaming platforms. • Build clean, maintainable and well-tested APIs and backend components. • Participate in the full software development lifecycle, from design and implementation to code reviews, testing and deployment. • Troubleshoot, analyse and resolve production issues, focusing on root-cause analysis. • Collaborate closely with Product Managers, QA Engineers, DevOps and other Software Engineers. • Contribute to architectural discussions and continuous improvement initiatives. • Write unit and integration tests to ensure software quality and reliability. • Support the migration of legacy components to modern microservice-based architecture where applicable. • Participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups and retrospectives.

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of commercial experience with C# and .NET/.NET Core. • Strong knowledge of ASP.NET Core and Web API. • Experience building scalable backend services and distributed systems. • Solid understanding of REST APIs. • Experience with relational databases, such as MS SQL Server or similar. • Familiarity with Git and CI/CD practices. • Strong debugging and problem-solving skills. • Good understanding of object-oriented design principles and design patterns. • Ability to communicate effectively in English. • Nice to have experience with: Docker and Kubernetes. • Kafka or other message brokers. • Redis. • gRPC, WCF or legacy .NET Framework applications. • Dapper or Entity Framework. • TDD and automated testing. • Cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS. • Agile/Scrum methodologies and working in Agile teams. • iGaming, betting, lottery or other high-availability transactional systems.
