• Support the Property Manager in the day-to-day operations and overall management of ESRT’s multifamily residential portfolio • Work closely with the property management, leasing, and on-site teams to ensure exceptional resident satisfaction, operational efficiency, financial performance, and compliance with all applicable local, state, and federal regulations • Serve as a key liaison between residents, building staff, vendors, and management, ensuring seamless communication, high service standards, and effective execution of building operations
• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree or certifications a plus • Minimum of 5–7 years of residential property management experience • Experience managing multifamily assets in NYC strongly preferred • Prior leadership experience managing on-site teams required • Strong financial acumen with ability to analyze budgets, forecasts, and financial statements • Knowledge of residential leasing, rent regulation, and property operations • Strong leadership and team management skills • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment • Working knowledge of building systems (mechanical, electrical, plumbing) • Proficiency in Yardi, BuildingLink, Microsoft Office, and related systems
