📋 Description

• Implement the sales strategy to achieve sustainable revenue and earnings growth among relevant medical supply retailers and pharmacies • Drive modern sales processes forward dynamically and systematically, for example by developing and positioning viable concepts tailored to individual customers and target groups • Contribute to cross-sales-channel and/or interdisciplinary project teams • Advise customers, including medical supply retail and pharmacy staff, on product usage • Plan and coordinate training events in the region, and participate in regional and national trade shows and conferences • Monitor competitors and communicate findings to the relevant stakeholders • Derive appropriate actions for the assigned territory based on these observations

🎯 Requirements

• Completed commercial or comparable vocational training • At least two years of professional sales experience, preferably in the healthcare sector • Strong commitment and a drive to succeed • Enthusiasm and a team-oriented approach • High degree of flexibility and willingness to travel • Proficiency in standard MS Office applications • Business-fluent German • English language skills desirable • Class B driver's license
