📋 Description

• Manage indirect (distributors) and direct channels (cash & carry and pharmacy chains), being responsible for business development, listing strategy and promotional calendar (JBP) • Manage and develop relationships with distributors, cash & carry and pharmacy chains • Analyze and develop strategies to maximize business results, supported by Close Up analysis of customers, products and regions • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and deliver sustainable results • Control and manage investments with customers • Increase distribution and product portfolio with customers by recommending the ideal mix, analyzing customer opportunities, managing stockouts and coordinating routes with the sell-out sales team (transfer order) and the distributor • Implement promotional calendar and commercial strategies for the brand and products

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree • Valid driver's license (category B) • Minimum of 3 years' experience serving distributor and cash & carry customers • Experience with pharmaceutical distributors (a plus) • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with emphasis on Excel and analysis using Close Up and Mtrix tools • Availability to travel (50% of the time) • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
