• Develop, produce and sustainably commercialize products and services for hygiene and healthcare. • Train and support caregiving teams in assessing the needs of patients/residents with incontinence and in the optimal use of TENA solutions. • Manage and grow a portfolio of approximately 50 facilities (nursing homes/EMS, hospitals and clinics). • Contribute to the development of care protocols in line with best practices. • Build and maintain long-term relationships with head nurses and caregiving teams. • Identify customer needs and recommend the most appropriate solutions from our ranges of incontinence products and medical devices. • Participate in commercial discussions with the support and guidance of the National Sales Manager – Institutions. • Support product trials, implementation and on-site follow-ups.
• You hold a nursing diploma and have significant experience in long-term care (EMS). • Sales experience is not mandatory. • You are recognized for your pedagogical skills, your listening ability and your capacity to build trust-based relationships. • You are autonomous, organized and comfortable managing a territory. • You are proficient with IT tools and ensure rigorous reporting. • Your empathy and professional credibility enable you to interact effectively with field teams. • You enjoy working with people and wish to apply your clinical expertise while developing commercial skills.
