📋 Description

• Deliver live online classes with clear pedagogy, organization and a focus on the student experience • Appropriately use the institution's teaching materials and encourage use of the course's bibliographic references, promoting critical and reflective learning • Plan and conduct academic activities aligned with the syllabus and the pedagogical objectives of the course • Provide pedagogical mediation and encourage student participation and engagement during classes • Meet deadlines established in the academic calendar and respond to requests from the course coordination • Record attendance, topics taught, assessments and other academic information in the institutional system (SIA) within the defined deadlines • Participate in pedagogical meetings, trainings and institutional activities when required • Uphold academic quality, professional ethics and maintain positive relationships with students, coordinators and the institutional team • Use the institution's digital tools efficiently, especially Microsoft Teams and academic systems

🎯 Requirements

• Qualification: Specialization • Required: Bachelor's degree and specialization in Business-related undergraduate programs • Knowledge or experience in Organizational Behavior and related topics • Strong communication skills, ability to build rapport with students, adaptability and flexibility • Up-to-date and proficient in the theoretical and practical knowledge relevant to the subject • Proficiency with Microsoft Teams and ease with digital educational tools • Appropriate remote working setup (stable internet connection, computer and suitable environment for online classes) • An up-to-date Lattes CV is mandatory; this is one of the elimination criteria • Previous experience with hybrid or distance education (EAD) — advantage • Stricto sensu postgraduate degree (master’s or doctorate) — advantage • Knowledge of active methodologies and collaborative learning — advantage

• Remote position • Class schedule: 6:30 PM to 10:30 PM (Brasília time) • Workload: 20 hours per week • Availability to teach five nights per week
