📋 Description

• Deliver live online classes with clear pedagogy, organization and a focus on the student experience; • Appropriately use the institution's teaching materials and encourage the use of the course's bibliographic references, promoting critical and reflective learning; • Plan and conduct academic activities aligned with the syllabus and the pedagogical objectives of the course; • Provide pedagogical mediation and encourage student participation and engagement during classes; • Meet deadlines established in the academic calendar and respond to requests from the course coordination; • Record attendance, topics covered, assessments and other academic information in the institutional system (SIA) within the defined deadlines; • Participate in pedagogical meetings, trainings and institutional activities when required; • Uphold academic quality, professional ethics and maintain good relationships with students, course coordination and the institutional team; • Make efficient use of the digital tools used by the institution, especially Microsoft Teams and academic systems.

🎯 Requirements

• Qualification: Specialization (postgraduate specialization); • Mandatory bachelor's degree/specialization: in undergraduate programs in the area of Legal Sciences; • Knowledge and/or experience in Human Rights and related topics; • Communication skills, ability to build rapport with students, adaptability and flexibility; • Up-to-date knowledge and mastery of the theoretical and practical subjects related to the topic; • Proficiency with Microsoft Teams and ease with educational digital tools; • Adequate setup for remote work (stable internet connection, computer and an appropriate environment for online classes); • Updated Lattes CV.
