📋 Description

• Deliver live online classes with clear pedagogy, organization and a focus on the student experience • Appropriately use institutional teaching materials and encourage the use of the course's bibliographic references, promoting critical and reflective learning • Plan and conduct academic activities aligned with the syllabus and the pedagogical objectives of the course • Provide pedagogical mediation and encourage student participation and engagement during classes • Meet deadlines established in the academic calendar and respond to requests from course coordination • Record attendance, topics taught, assessments and other academic information in the institutional system (SIA) within the defined deadlines • Participate in pedagogical meetings, trainings and institutional initiatives when required • Uphold academic quality, professional ethics and maintain good relations with students, course coordination and institutional staff

🎯 Requirements

• Required qualification: Postgraduate specialization • Mandatory: Bachelor's degree and specialization in undergraduate programs in the Business area • Knowledge and/or experience in Project Management, Innovation and Entrepreneurship; Strategic Planning and Management and related topics • Strong communication skills, ability to build rapport with students, adaptability and flexibility • Up-to-date knowledge and strong command of both theoretical and practical aspects of the subject • Proficiency with Microsoft Teams and ease with educational digital tools
