📋 Description

• Deliver live online classes with clear pedagogy, organization, and a focus on the student experience; • Appropriately use the institution's teaching materials and encourage the use of the course's bibliographic references, promoting critical and reflective learning; • Plan and conduct academic activities aligned with the syllabus and the course's pedagogical objectives; • Provide pedagogical mediation and encourage student participation and engagement during classes; • Meet deadlines established in the academic calendar and respond to requests from the course coordination; • Record attendance, delivered content, assessments, and other academic information in the institutional system (SIA) within the defined deadlines; • Participate in pedagogical meetings, training sessions, and institutional activities as required; • Ensure academic quality, professional ethics, and maintain good relationships with students, coordination, and institutional staff; • Use the institution's digital tools efficiently, especially Microsoft Teams and academic systems.

🎯 Requirements

• Academic qualification: Postgraduate specialization (lato sensu) required; • Mandatory: Bachelor's degree and specialization in Education or in undergraduate programs in the field of Education; • Knowledge and/or experience in Portuguese Language, Fundamentals of Youth and Adult Education (EJA), Popular Education, and related topics; • Strong communication skills, ability to build rapport with students, adaptability and flexibility; • Up-to-date theoretical and practical knowledge of the subject matter; • Proficiency with Microsoft Teams and ease with educational digital tools; • Availability to work evenings according to contracted hours; • Appropriate remote work setup (stable internet connection, computer, and a suitable environment for online classes); • An up-to-date Lattes CV is mandatory; this is an elimination criterion; • Previous experience with hybrid teaching or distance education (EAD) is a plus; • Stricto sensu postgraduate degree (master's or doctoral) is a plus; • Knowledge of active methodologies and collaborative learning is a plus.
