📋 Description

• Deliver live online classes with clear pedagogy, organization and a focus on the student experience • Use the institution's course materials appropriately and encourage the use of the discipline's bibliographic references, promoting critical and reflective learning • Plan and conduct academic activities aligned with the course syllabus and the pedagogical objectives of the discipline • Provide pedagogical mediation and encourage student participation and engagement during classes • Meet deadlines established in the academic calendar and respond to requests from the course coordination • Record attendance, course content delivered, assessments and other academic information in the institutional system (SIA) within the defined deadlines • Participate in pedagogical meetings, trainings and institutional activities when required • Uphold academic quality, professional ethics, and maintain good relationships with students, coordination and institutional staff • Use efficiently the institution's digital tools, particularly Microsoft Teams and academic systems.

🎯 Requirements

• Qualification: Specialization (postgraduate specialization) • Mandatory: Bachelor's degree and specialization in the health field (for undergraduate health programs) • Knowledge or experience in the fundamentals of cell biology, genetics and related topics • Strong communication skills, ability to build rapport with students, adaptability and flexibility • Up-to-date and proficient theoretical and practical knowledge in the subject matter • Proficiency with Microsoft Teams and ease with other digital educational tools • Suitable remote work setup (stable internet connection, computer and an appropriate environment for online teaching) • An up-to-date Lattes CV (Curriculum Lattes) is mandatory; lack of it is a disqualifying criterion • Previous experience with hybrid teaching or distance education (EAD) is a plus • Stricto sensu postgraduate degree (master's or doctoral degree) is a plus • Knowledge of active methodologies and collaborative learning is a plus.

• Remote position • Class schedule: 6:30 PM to 10:30 PM (Brasília time) • Workload: 20 hours per week • Availability to teach five nights per week.
