📋 Description
• Teach live online classes with clear pedagogy, organization and a focus on student experience • Properly use the institution's teaching materials and encourage the use of the course’s bibliographic references, promoting critical and reflective learning • Plan and conduct academic activities aligned with the syllabus and the discipline's pedagogical objectives • Provide pedagogical mediation and encourage student participation and engagement during classes • Meet deadlines established in the academic calendar and respond to requests from the course coordination • Record attendance, topics taught, assessments and other academic information in the institutional system (SIA) within the defined deadlines • Participate in pedagogical meetings, training and institutional initiatives when required • Uphold academic quality, professional ethics and maintain good relationships with students, coordination and institutional staff • Use the institution's digital tools efficiently, especially Microsoft Teams and academic systems
🎯 Requirements
• Qualification: SPECIALIZATION • Mandatory degree: Bachelor's degree and specialization in undergraduate health-related programs • Knowledge or experience in the fundamentals of Cellular Biology, Genetics and related topics • Strong communication skills, ability to build rapport with students, adaptability and flexibility • Up-to-date mastery of theoretical and practical knowledge related to the subject • Proficiency with Microsoft Teams and ease with educational digital tools • Availability to work evenings according to the contracted hours • Appropriate remote work setup (stable internet connection, computer and a suitable environment for online classes) • An updated Lattes curriculum is mandatory; this is a criterion for elimination • Previous experience with hybrid or distance learning (EAD) • Stricto sensu postgraduate degree (e.g., research master’s or doctorate) • Knowledge of active methodologies and collaborative learning

• Remote position • Class schedule: 6:30 PM to 10:30 PM (Brasília time) • Workload: 20 hours per week • Availability to teach five nights per week
