• Lead growth strategies focused on sales and subscription revenue; • Coordinate the internal team, structuring ceremonies, processes, and activities following agile methodology to achieve acquisition/sales goals; • Plan and execute performance campaigns and activities (paid media, CRM, e-commerce), translating data into decisions and action plans; • Drive media strategy with a focus on efficiency and business impact, prioritizing channels (Google, Meta, LinkedIn and other channels), campaigns and audiences based on results; • Lead the creation and management of acquisition OKRs, monitoring performance indicators, channel efficiency, and business outcome trends; • Analyze and optimize metrics such as CAC, LTV, ROI, conversion rate, repeat purchase rate, and lead quality; • Identify growth opportunities during seasonal events (Black Friday, Consumer Day, etc.); • Continuously improve landing pages and user journeys with a focus on CRO and optimization through A/B testing and incremental improvements; • Collaborate with technology, customer support, customer relationship, and data teams; • Manage sales forecasting, media budget, and goal tracking.
• CSPO (Certified Scrum Product Owner) • Google and/or Meta Ads certifications • Experience in Growth, Digital Marketing, or Performance, preferably in retail or e-commerce (preferred)
