📋 Description

• Build new digital health products and improve existing ones. • Learn the science and understand the users so you can design the right solution. • Work closely with business analysts and product owners to turn requirements into technical specs. • Design and build solutions with a cloud- and security-first approach. • Participate in every stage of frontend development: design, code, review, test, integration, debugging, deployment, and maintenance of user interfaces. • Participate in code reviews and PR-based workflows, and help uphold coding standards and architectural boundaries. • Mentor other engineers through pairing, reviews, and shared knowledge, and promote good practices across the team.

🎯 Requirements

• A 4-year degree in a technical field, preferably Computer Science or a related discipline. • 5+ years of frontend development experience with React.js, modern JavaScript/TypeScript, and CSS frameworks. • Strong experience building component-based UIs and consuming REST APIs with a modern framework. • Proven technical skills: the ability to work with APIs, query databases, and solve common problems. • Experience with authentication and authorization patterns (JWT, RBAC, API keys). • Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills. • Strong communication skills — verbal, written, and presentation — with the ability to explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences. • A passion for learning and the ability to design and build solutions quickly. • Empathy: you need to understand the user to be effective. • The ability to manage your time and get things done without cutting quality. • Comfort with change as a constant.
