📋 Description
• Define, prioritize, and communicate short- and long-term product goals • Participate in technical discussions regarding the company's product requirements • Work collaboratively with a team, willing to help and to be helped • Develop a deep understanding of users and stakeholders through research, data analysis, and interviews • Specify and define product requirements • Act as a facilitator • Serve as an area multiplier, proactively communicating with stakeholders and helping the team bridge understanding gaps between the team and the rest of the company
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience • Previous experience as a Product Manager • Extensive experience working with digital products • Prior experience designing and evolving modern platforms and applications • Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) • Experience with data analysis to extract product-relevant insights • Experience defining metrics and KPIs • Experience breaking down tasks, prioritizing, and defining a roadmap • Strong communication and crisis management skills • Ability to translate strategy into tactical and operational plans
