📋 Description

• Perform advanced technical analysis of reported incidents and problems, identifying root causes and recommending solutions; • Investigate failures using logs, dashboards, administrative panels, and controlled tests; • Document findings and technical inputs clearly to guide the responsible teams; • Create and maintain scripts and automations for recurring incidents, enabling autonomous action by N2 support; • Drive continuous process improvements, proposing adjustments based on metrics and performance indicators; • Serve as a bridge between technical and business areas, ensuring alignment on context, impacts, and solutions.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience diagnosing systems and analyzing complex incidents; • Ability to interpret logs and identify patterns or failures; • Familiarity with version control tools (e.g., Git) and task management systems (e.g., Jira, Zendesk); • Strong communication skills to document and convey technical information clearly; • Organized and detail-oriented; • Degree in IT or related fields (differential); • Basic knowledge of programming languages or code reading (APIs, tests, scripts); • Experience with monitoring and observability tools (Zabbix, Grafana, Kibana, New Relic); • Knowledge of cloud computing (AWS, GCP, Azure); • Knowledge of relational and non-relational databases; • Understanding of data structures and algorithms; • DevOps practices (CI/CD, test automation); • Previous experience in edtechs or SaaS products.
