📋 Description

• Ensure the operation, security, and ongoing development of the company’s systems and IT infrastructure • Administer, maintain, and provide support for the Softran system • Troubleshoot issues, perform system configurations, and guide users • Provide internal consulting on Softran and other corporate systems • Ensure and monitor the integrity and availability of backups • Administer, organize, and maintain IT systems and infrastructure • Establish and maintain confidentiality, security, and access-control policies • Train and guide users on systems, best practices, and IT procedures • Ensure the quality, reliability, and integrity of information and data • Analyze internal processes and identify improvements, automation opportunities, and optimization initiatives • Analyze information systems and propose adjustments or solutions • Prepare technical assessments and studies to support IT decision-making • Monitor trends, emerging technologies, and processes • Evaluate and propose new technologies, considering costs, benefits, security, and applicability • Scope and evaluate hardware, software, network, and systems projects • Monitor technology suppliers and service providers • Document IT procedures, configurations, solutions, and processes • Monitor system performance and identify risks or failures • Support integration between business areas and technology solutions • Manage and oversee the IT team by assigning activities, tracking requests, and providing technical guidance to team members

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree • Graduate-level specialization or postgraduate degree • Experience administering, maintaining, and supporting the Softran system • Knowledge of IT systems and infrastructure • Knowledge of backups, confidentiality, security, and access control • Ability to train and guide users • Knowledge of hardware, software, networks, and systems • Ability to coordinate and oversee technology suppliers and service providers • Ability to manage and oversee an IT team • Availability to work remotely • Contractor engagement under a PJ arrangement
