📋 Description

• Gather and detail functional and non-functional requirements with business units and the technical team • Document requirements, including user stories, acceptance criteria, business rules, use cases, and workflows • Model processes and solutions, including workflows, diagrams, data models, and API contracts • Design the technical solution and hand it over to the developer, clarifying questions throughout development • Participate in refinement sessions, planning, and other Agile ceremonies, ensuring requirements are ready for development (Definition of Ready) • Maintain traceability between requirements, solutions, and tests in collaboration with the quality team • Analyze data using SQL to understand business rules, validate assumptions, and support specifications • Support user acceptance testing by validating deliverables against requirements • Keep documentation up to date in Confluence • Resolve incidents in production environments • Work closely with the Squad Leader, developers, and the team, monitoring development through production deployment

🎯 Requirements

• Experience as a Systems Analyst, Requirements Analyst, or in an equivalent role (contractor/third-party or employee) • Requirements gathering and documentation, including user stories, acceptance criteria, and business rules • Modeling with UML/BPMN, including use cases, sequence diagrams, activity diagrams, and process flows • Data modeling, including entities, relationships, and data dictionaries • Intermediate to advanced SQL skills for data querying and analysis • Knowledge of application architecture and system integration, including REST/SOAP APIs, messaging, and files • Ability to read and design API contracts • Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban), Jira, and Confluence • Clear written and verbal communication, with the ability to translate business needs into technical specifications that developers can easily understand • Critical thinking to identify inconsistencies and gaps in business rules
