📋 Description

• Assess the clinical condition of poultry and review documentation authorizing slaughter. • Guide evisceration employees on the risks of biliary and gastrointestinal contamination to prevent carcass contamination. • Verify the authenticity of Animal Transit Guides (GTAs), ensuring document compliance. • Comply with and enforce applicable legislation, as well as company standards and regulations. • Advise management on matters related to the area of responsibility. • Guide the team on departmental practices and routines. • Identify and propose improvements to optimize the area's processes and activities. • Safeguard company assets and resources. • Perform related duties as directed by the immediate supervisor.
