📋 Description
• Monitor production-area processes by reviewing procedures in accordance with self-control programs, ensuring compliance with quality standards and legal requirements. • Complete forms and records, including the relevant data, to maintain oversight and support inspections by the responsible regulatory authority. • Carry out pest and rodent control at the slaughterhouse using traps and spraying. • Collect samples and send them to an external laboratory to meet legal requirements.

• High school diploma. • Experience in quality control.
