📋 Description

• Conduct structured phone interviews with individuals interested in positions advertised through social recruiting campaigns • Document the information gathered • Forward the information, including an initial assessment, to local HR teams • Help ETAVIS recruit the leaders of tomorrow

🎯 Requirements

• Fluent in Swiss German • French and/or Italian language skills at C1 level • Strong communication skills and a genuine interest in asking questions • Flexible and able to create a quiet working environment at a location of your choice
