📋 Description

• Independently manage the accurate and timely monthly payroll process for all locations • Accurately calculate salaries, special payments, and deductions using DATEV Lohn & Gehalt • Handle statutory notifications, reporting, and certification requirements for social security institutions, tax authorities, and other relevant organizations • Electronically retrieve and process certificates of incapacity for work and other payroll-relevant data • Serve as the point of contact for all locations regarding payroll-related questions • Coordinate and correspond with health insurance funds, social security institutions, and government authorities • Continuously optimize payroll processes • Support the HR department with administrative tasks and HR projects

🎯 Requirements

• Completed commercial training or comparable qualification, preferably with a focus on payroll • Several years of professional experience in payroll accounting, ideally in a multi-location environment • Very good knowledge of wage tax and social security law • Experience with DATEV payroll systems; experience with LODAS / Lohn & Gehalt is an advantage • Structured, accurate, and independent working style • Discretion, reliability, and a high sense of responsibility • Strong communication skills and team spirit
