📋 Description

• Independent, accurate and timely processing of the monthly payroll for all sites (wages & salaries) • Accurate calculation of salaries, special payments and deductions using DATEV Lohn & Gehalt • Preparation and submission of reports, notifications and certificates to social insurance providers, tax authorities and other institutions • Electronic retrieval and processing of sick notes and other payroll-relevant data • Acting as the payroll point of contact for sites on payroll-related queries • Coordination and correspondence with health insurance funds, social insurance institutions and authorities • Continuous optimization of payroll processes • Supporting the HR department with administrative tasks and HR projects

🎯 Requirements

• Completed commercial vocational training or equivalent qualification with a focus on payroll • Several years of professional experience in payroll accounting, ideally in a multi-site environment • Excellent knowledge of payroll tax and social security law • Experience with DATEV payroll systems; LODAS / Lohn & Gehalt is an advantage • Structured, meticulous and independent working style • Discretion, reliability and a strong sense of responsibility • Good communication skills and team spirit
