âą A graduate degree in any Science stream âą 7-10 years of experience in Product Management in pharmaceutical marketing especially with CVAD experience. âą Understanding of Indian Pharmaceutical industry- competition, customer behaviour and prescription habits. âą Strategic mindset to develop and implement long-term product strategies that align with the company's overall business objectives. âą Analytical skills to assess market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs for the products in the portfolio. âą Financial management skills to develop and manage budgets, allocate resources effectively, and optimize cost control for the product portfolio. âą Excellent communication skills to convey complex scientific and medical information to diverse audiences, including healthcare professionals, internal teams, and stakeholders. âą Ability to analyze market data, clinical trial results, and sales performance to inform decision-making and product portfolio strategies. âą Ability to adapt to changes in the pharmaceutical market, including advancements in therapies, healthcare policies, and regulatory updates.
